While a lot of healthcare entities are not-for-profit or mission-based, healthcare is still a business. Many of my clients face challenges similar to our Start:ME participants - strategy/growth, marketing, and internal operations. It may be on a different scale, but the foundational principles are the same.
What's one thing someone thinking about mentoring for Start:ME should think about?
