Start:ME Spotlight:
Meredith Swartz
You advice all sorts of entities in healthcare. How has your experience in healthcare crossed over to Start:ME?
"Many of my clients face challenges similar to our Start:ME participants - strategy/growth, marketing, and internal operations."
While a lot of healthcare entities are not-for-profit or mission-based, healthcare is still a business. Many of my clients face challenges similar to our Start:ME participants - strategy/growth, marketing, and internal operations. It may be on a different scale, but the foundational principles are the same.
What's one thing someone thinking about mentoring for Start:ME should think about?
"The collective success in the room is shared by all; it has been one of the most impactful and gratifying experiences of my career."
Start:ME has created an incredible community, and mentors gain just as much as the participants. The collective success in the room is shared by all; it has been one of the most impactful and gratifying experiences of my career.
Brian is well known for his energy. You were his classmate at Emory. Did he always have that level of energy? Have you ever seen him rest?
