As a mentor, I am constantly using my experience as a small business owner for 10 years to help guide and support our entrepreneurs. Starting a firm from the ground up is an exciting and challenging time because you have to juggle so many responsibilities while also doing the work that actually generates revenue.
What's the most common challenge entrepreneurs in Start:ME face and how have you helped them overcome them?
"Entrepreneurs are usually dreamers and visionaries so driving down into the �how� to build a business plans can be challenging."
"I think the biggest challenge is when our entrepreneurs have to start getting very tactical and practical about their business. Entrepreneurs are usually dreamers and visionaries so driving down into the �how� to build a business plans can be challenging. I try to help them see that it�s really a spring board for sharing their vision with others and getting others to help them."
What is working at Coca-Cola like? You get to travel to some pretty cool places.
"I love my job and being able to support our own teams to help them be successful is truly a unique opportunity."
Honestly, the only company that could convince me to leave my business was The Coca-Cola Company. I support our workplaces/office locations in the Americas, which means working with senior leaders to build office real estate strategies that support our business direction and the teams onsite. I love my job and being able to support our own teams to help them be successful is truly a unique opportunity. Everyday is an honor to represent the world�s largest beverage company.
