What motivated you to get involved with Start:ME?

How has your finance background and time at Northern Trust prepared you to be a mentor?
"Being able to ask the right questions and pull the right information is what has helped prepare me as a mentor."
My work in finance and banking is about taking people's numbers and pulling out their story. Whether I am reviewing formally prepared financials or excel spreadsheets, being able to ask the right questions and pull the right information is what has helped prepare me as a mentor.
