Serve on hot fluffy rice, garnish with green onion
Add butter to saut� pan, add onion, green pepper and garlic. Saut� until tender (8-10 min)
Add � tsp salt, creole seasoning, dried thyme and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, once boil is reached reduce down to simmer.
In another pan add oil (pan on med high heat) shrimp season with garlic powder, � tsp salt and pinch of pepper. Don�t overcook 3-4 min
Add shrimp to sauce simmer for 5 min.
