A (simplified) version of our shrimp creole.

What are the ingredients for this recipe?��������������

� Cup Butter
1 large onion
� cup green bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Creole seasoning
Pinch of pepper
� dried thyme
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 # cleaned shrimp (med)
2 Tbsp of olive oil
Green onion to garnish

2 cups cooked rice

Serve on hot fluffy rice, garnish with green onion

Add butter to saut� pan, add onion, green pepper and garlic. Saut� until tender (8-10 min)
Add � tsp salt, creole seasoning, dried thyme and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, once boil is reached reduce down to simmer.

In another pan add oil (pan on med high heat) shrimp season with garlic powder, � tsp salt and pinch of pepper. Don�t overcook 3-4 min

Add shrimp to sauce simmer for 5 min.
