We started making oils and butter to utilize fresh herbs that we had such an abundance of during the growing season. We both love to cook and have sold prepared food in the past. In doing so, we learned that making our own butters, oils, teas, mayo, and creams makes a huge difference in the taste. In making butters, we decided to be create and add different textures to highlight the taste when paired with our homemade breads.
